§ 19.20.310. Collection of part of assessment not to affect collection rights.

The collection, foreclosure or enforcement of any installment or any part of a special assessment shall not bar, prevent or otherwise extinguish the right of the municipality to collect, foreclose or enforce the payment of any other installment or part of the assessment or any other special assessment.
