§ 16.50.100. Right of entry.

The director is authorized to inspect all shops to determine their sanitary status. It shall be the duty of every proprietor, his superintendent, manager or agent to allow the director access to his establishment and facilities or any part thereof for the purpose of inspection. Any interference with or obstruction of the director in the performance of such duties shall be deemed a violation of the Code.
