    Every licensee shall maintain a current and accurate daily list for each vehicle operated as an ambulance pursuant to his license of a medical report for each patient transported, on a form approved by the fire chief.


    The records maintained pursuant to subsection A of this section, as well as any other records related to the operation of an ambulance, shall be retained by the licensee for at least three years, and shall be made available upon request of the fire chief. The fire chief may require that the licensee forward some or all of such records to him on a periodic basis.
