§ 16.100.020. License required.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to provide nonemergency ambulance service within the municipality unless that person is in possession of a valid ambulance service license issued to him in accordance with this chapter.

B.

It is unlawful for any person other than the municipal fire department to provide emergency ambulance service within the municipality.

C.

It is unlawful for a licensee to provide or to allow another person to provide ambulance service under the authority of his license in any manner not in strict compliance with this chapter.
