§ 16.02.002. Reduction or waiver of fees

The Anchorage Health Department shall reduce or waive fees as set forth in section 16.02.001 in accordance with regulations and guidelines promulgated by state or federal funding agencies. The director of the Anchorage Health Department may also develop written standards providing for reduction or waiver of any other fee set forth in this chapter based upon considerations of the public health, safety and welfare.
