§ 11.70.010. Director.

The director of the public transportation department may adopt regulations pursuant to chapter 3.40 to help provide an efficient and safe public transit system. To the extent that the regulations utilize administrative adjudication, the director may exercise adjudicatory powers over violations of the regulations. The director may delegate the adjudicatory powers to an administrative hearing officer designated by the director of the public transportation department.
