§ 11.20.240. Limousines—Insurance required.

A.

Before any permit is issued for a limousine, the applicant shall furnish one or more policies or certificates of liability insurance issued by an insurance company that is an authorized insurer within the meaning of AS 21.97.900.

B.

The insurance required by this section shall be subject to the same requirements as for taxicabs under chapter 11.20.100.B—E.
