§ 10.80.361. Restriction on advertising of marijuana and marijuana products—Supplemental provisions.

In addition to the requirements of section 10.80.360, a retail marijuana store's signs must comply with chapter 21.11 of the Anchorage Municipal Code. The municipality may enforce the standards of section 10.80.360 on or off premises. To the extent of any conflict between this chapter and the requirements of chapter 21.11, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
