§ 10.50.040. Application fees for conditional use permits for uses involving sale, service or consumption.

Applicants for conditional use permits required under Title 21 allowing the sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages shall pay the same fees as required of other applicants for conditional use permits under municipal regulations promulgated under section 21.10.040. Applicants seeking a special modification of the conditional use permit under 10.50.035 shall submit the non-refundable fee to the municipal clerk with the complete application and acknowledgement.

Section 6 of Ord. AO No. 2013-42 states: "Absent other action by the assembly, this ordinance shall sunset on March 31, 2014.
