§ 10.50.004. Mandatory provisions.

In reviewing any application made under these regulations, the municipal manager or his designee shall:
A.

Require satisfactory proof from the applicant that the consumption of alcoholic beverages contemplated in the activity or event is allowed by, and will be conducted in accordance with, applicable state and local laws and regulations.

B.

Require the applicant to save, hold harmless and indemnify the Municipality of Anchorage from all claims, damages, suits or other liabilities arising from injuries to persons or damage to property resulting from the sale or serving of alcoholic beverages on municipal property during the activity or event.
