§ 10.50.003. Application.

  • A.

    Applicants for permission to sell or serve alcoholic beverages on municipal property shall submit an application in writing to the municipal manager or his designee no later than ten working days before the activity or event for which application is made.

    B.

    The application shall state:

    1.

    The name and mailing address of the applicant;

    2.

    The dates, places and times of the activity or event, including an estimate of the number of persons invited or expected to attend;

    3.

    A brief description of the event or activity during which alcoholic beverages are to be sold or served, and the type of alcoholic beverages to be sold or served.
